The arrest, recorded under report number 564734, involved alleged larceny of contractor payments ranging from $1,000 to $20,000. Rocha, described as a White male, was taken into custody by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO).

Specific details regarding the work, locations, or contractors involved were not disclosed. Authorities emphasized that the arrest reflects allegations, and Rocha is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
