Paul Gervasio Pleads Guilty in NY Gun Store Burglary

Facing 10 years in prison for role in firearm theft

Albany, NY — Albany County District Attorney Lee Kindlon announced that Paul Gervasio, 37, has pleaded guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree in connection with the burglary of NY Shooter Supply in Colonie.

Gervasio and co-defendant Willie Moses stole 14 firearms during the break-in on November 14, 2024. Gervasio was identified as the getaway driver and was arrested by Colonie Police, with assistance from Troy Police and ATF agents.

Moses, who was arrested with help from Albany Police, previously pleaded guilty and was sentenced on January 22 to 17 years in state prison for his role in the theft.

Gervasio now faces 10 years in state prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision. His sentencing is scheduled for May 29.
