Paul Antonio Deon Parrow, 41, of Davenport, Iowa, was sentenced on Wednesday to 25 years in federal prison following a four-day trial. Parrow was convicted on charges of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute both drugs.
According to court documents, Parrow, who also went by the alias “Tone,” distributed over 26 pounds of methamphetamine and 145 grams of fentanyl within the Quad Cities over the span of nearly a year. He recruited others to help with the distribution and stored and sold drugs at multiple locations throughout the region.
In addition to his prison sentence, Parrow will serve five years of supervised release after his incarceration. Federal law mandates that there is no possibility of parole for Parrow’s sentence.
