Pappupali Arrested for House Burglary in Colva Linked to Multiple Cases

Cross-state thief caught with Rs1.5 lakh loot, six other cases under probe

Colva: In a decisive action against cross-state criminals, Colva police arrested Pappupali, also known as Santosh Pal (43), a resident of Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly breaking into a house in Colva and stealing valuables and cash worth Rs1.5 lakh.

The accused was apprehended from Rajpura in Uttar Pradesh. Police officials confirmed that Pal is suspected to be involved in six other criminal cases across states. Investigations are ongoing, and the accused is likely to be presented in court soon.

The arrest reflects the persistent efforts of local law enforcement agencies to curb cross-border crimes and maintain community safety in Colva.
