In a drug bust during routine naka checking at Domana Naka, police arrested a man from Patna, Bihar, for possession of 7 kilograms of a ganja-like substance.
The operation was conducted by a team from Police Station Domana, led by SHO Inspector Varuneshwar Singh. The accused has been identified as Pappu Kumar, a resident of New Yarpur, Patna.
During the search, the police team recovered 7 kg of ganja from the accused’s belongings. He was immediately taken into custody, and a case was registered under FIR No. 205/2025 at Police Station Domana.
The accused has been booked under Sections 8 and 20 of the NDPS Act, and further investigation is in progress to trace the source and potential distribution network of the seized narcotics.
Police officials emphasized their continued commitment to curbing drug trafficking in the region through active surveillance and strategic checkpoints.
