Palm Beach Drug Bust: Robby Augustin & Crew Dismantled

Massive fentanyl, cocaine, and meth ring exposed in Palm Beach

by Sophia Bennett

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A major drug trafficking network has been dismantled in Palm Beach County, involving cocaine, methamphetamine, counterfeit pills, and fentanyl laced with the dangerous additive xylazine, also known as “tranq.” Investigators have arrested at least four suspects, ranging from street dealers to higher-level distributors.

According to court documents, this operation spanned from West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale and involved extensive wiretaps, undercover purchases, GPS tracking, and intercepted communications.

Robby Augustin, nicknamed “Al,” was identified as the primary street-level fentanyl dealer. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) reports multiple undercover buys from November 2024 to February 2025, with amounts ranging from two grams to nearly 14 grams of fentanyl mixed with xylazine. Augustin allegedly met undercover agents in CVS and Publix parking lots, once selling nearly 12 grams for $860. Deputies say he admitted to having a “crew” and access to larger drug supplies. Augustin faces multiple first-degree felony trafficking charges and is held without bond.

Ari Joseph acted as a mid-level distributor, bridging local dealers with large suppliers. Joseph reportedly used several phones to coordinate deals involving kilograms of cocaine, pounds of methamphetamine, and counterfeit pills. He frequently traveled between Palm Beach and Broward counties, often using ride-share services to avoid detection. Surveillance captured Joseph arranging a kilo cocaine purchase with Oscar Senat through a courier connected to Billie Jacques.

Billie Jacques supplied fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, and counterfeit Xanax pills. PBSO claims Jacques had ties to a prior DEA investigation and operated through front businesses and family networks. Jacques allegedly sold two pounds of methamphetamine and nine ounces of cocaine to Joseph, as well as counterfeit pills priced at $2 each.

Jensen Salomon was identified as a local cocaine dealer. Surveillance recorded him selling 4.5 ounces of cocaine to Joseph in April 2025. Salomon reportedly charged premium prices for smaller quantities and demanded upfront payments.

Oscar Senat is accused of sharing the $15,500 cost of a kilogram of cocaine with Joseph. Deputies observed a cash handoff and reported Senat later received part of the cocaine from Joseph in Lake Worth.
