Oscar Burgos-Floriana Arrested for Trespassing, Drug Possession

Manhattan man charged after entering home, found with illegal substances

A Manhattan man was arrested early Tuesday morning after allegedly entering a woman’s home without permission and being found in possession of illegal substances.

According to the Riley County Police Department, officers responded to a call at a residence in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road at approximately 2:35 a.m. on April 16. A 22-year-old woman reported that 22-year-old Oscar Burgos-Floriana had entered her home uninvited. Upon arrival, police found Burgos-Floriana in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Burgos-Floriana was arrested on five charges, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass, and interference with a law enforcement officer. He remains in the Riley County Jail with a bond set at $5,000.
