Norma Dixon, Tommy Nolan Charged in Hartsville Burglary Case

Pair arrested after break-in at unoccupied home on July 6

DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a burglary that took place on Stonewall Street in Hartsville on July 6, according to the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO).

Norma Jean Dixon and Tommy Carroll Nolan were taken into custody and charged with criminal conspiracy and burglary in the second degree.

Deputies responded to a report of an active burglary. Upon arrival at the scene, they detained both suspects. According to arrest warrants, Dixon and Nolan unlawfully entered an unoccupied dwelling through forced entry, without the consent of the property owner.

Officials also noted that one of the individuals had an active warrant out of Richland County.

Dixon was issued a $15,000 cash or surety bond, while Nolan received a $45,000 cash or surety bond. Both are currently being held at the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center.

The investigation remains ongoing.
