FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) — A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly stealing alcohol from a bar inside the Big Fresno Fair, according to the Fresno Police Department.
Officers identified the suspect as Noe Raiz, who reportedly damaged a refrigerator valued at $3,000 during the incident.
Police responded to the Ivy Bar inside the Fresno Fairgrounds after receiving reports of a theft. When officers arrived, they discovered the damaged refrigerator, and fair security helped identify Raiz as the suspect.
After being taken into custody, Raiz allegedly headbutted an officer, police said.
He was later booked into the Fresno County Jail and faces charges of felony vandalism, assault on a police officer, probation violation, and minor in possession of alcohol.
