Noe Delcampo Arrested in Bakersfield Retail Theft Case

Police link suspect to 15 Lowe’s thefts totaling $2,700

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield police have arrested a 33-year-old man accused of carrying out a series of thefts from a local hardware store.

The Bakersfield Police Department’s Organized Retail Theft Unit identified Noe Delcampo as a suspect in multiple thefts at the Lowe’s store on Columbus Street. Following an extensive investigation, officers determined Delcampo was allegedly involved in at least 15 separate incidents.

Authorities said the thefts resulted in a total loss of $2,771.80 to the retailer.

Delcampo was arrested and booked into the Lerdo Detention Facility on December 12, 2025. He faces multiple charges, including grand theft, organized retail theft, and shoplifting.

The investigation remains ongoing, and police have not ruled out additional charges.
