The Choolaimedu police have apprehended a Nigerian national identified as Ebere Moses Ogbodo, 30, who was allegedly the primary drugs supplier for a cocaine cartel.
Ogbodo was arrested in Bengaluru and is suspected to have been playing a crucial role in supplying cocaine to the network.
The investigation into the cartel continues as police work to dismantle the entire supply chain.
