Nigel Pinder, 49, of Cox Hill, St Philip, has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of murders and murder conspiracies that occurred between 2023 and 2024.
The Barbados Police Service has filed five charges against Pinder, including the murders of Randy Brathwaite, Junior Taitt, and Shane Renaldo Parris. Additionally, he faces conspiracy charges related to attempts to murder both Taitt and Parris.
According to investigators, Brathwaite was killed sometime between June 27, 2023, and December 5, 2024. Taitt was murdered within the same timeframe, following a conspiracy to kill him between June 19 and June 27, 2023. Pinder is also accused of conspiring to murder Parris between January 11 and 13, 2024, before allegedly killing him on January 13, 2024.
Pinder is scheduled to appear in District “C” Magistrates’ Court at the Oistins Magistrates’ Court today.
