Nazjewa Trosper Arrested for Theft and Card Fraud in Augusta

Augusta woman charged after wallet theft at Circle K store

RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – Nazjewa Trosper, 35, of Augusta, was arrested in connection with a theft and financial transaction card fraud incident.

According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on July 13th at the Circle K located on the 3300 block of Peach Orchard Road.

The victim reported that after notifying the cashier about a malfunctioning drink machine, she discovered her black wallet was missing. The wallet, decorated with Winnie The Pooh and Eeyore characters, contained her driver’s license, two Queensboro credit cards, a Social Security card, and $35 in cash.

Authorities arrested Trosper following an investigation into the theft and related fraudulent use of the stolen cards.
