Nawada police arrested Mukesh Kumar, also known as Mukesh Don, on Sunday. Mukesh had a bounty of Rs 50,000 on his head and faced nine criminal cases, including molestation and attempt to murder. He is also accused of killing a person on November 21, 2024.
According to Nawada SP Abhinav Dhiman, Mukesh is the son of Prabhu Yadav from Jalalpur village under Nemdarganj police station. Mukesh is notorious for crimes such as assault, abuse, and illegal liquor trade.
The police have intensified efforts to curb criminal activities, and Mukesh’s arrest is a significant breakthrough.
