Real estate agent accused of stabbing watchman to death in Vaikunth Pride

In a shocking incident in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, a watchman was murdered, leading to the arrest of two residents, according to police sources. The crime occurred at Vaikunth Pride Society during the night between Saturday and Sunday.

The victim, 36-year-old Uday Ramgauri Saw from Nepal, succumbed to stab wounds. Investigations revealed that the altercation began when Rishikesh Raje, a 28-year-old real estate agent and resident, engaged in a dispute with Saw, which escalated to a fatal stabbing. Raje was apprehended by police in Panvel on Sunday morning.
