TYRE, N.Y. — A traffic stop on New Year’s Eve in the town of Tyre led to the arrest of 39-year-old Nathaniel Close of Dansville.
Following an investigation, Close was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving under the influence of drugs, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court.
