CHEYENNE, WY — A 19-year-old Cheyenne man, Nathan Pfaff, has been arrested on second-degree murder charges following a fatal shooting early Friday morning.
According to a press release from the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a reported shooting at approximately 12:14 a.m. at the West Winds Mobile Home Park located at 505 Williams Street.
Upon arrival, officers found 18-year-old Ryan Snow deceased at the scene. Investigators say the incident followed an argument between Pfaff and Snow that escalated into violence.
Pfaff was taken into custody shortly after the incident. Authorities have not released further details as the investigation is ongoing.
