SAUCIER, Miss. — Two Gulfport residents have been arrested in connection with significant vandalism at Saucier Ball Park, according to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office.
Natasha Danielle Bunn, 34, and Timothy Wayne Goss, 48, are each facing one count of felony malicious mischief. Authorities estimate the damage to the park at approximately $30,000.
Investigators say aluminum and copper wiring were stripped from multiple light poles at the park, leaving 39 lights across three of the six fields inoperable. An unspecified amount of copper was reported stolen.
The damage at the park, located at 23799 Saucier Lizana Road, was reported on February 2. Officials said investigators found a pair of wire cutters and a ski mask left at the scene, and surveillance cameras captured the incident.
Following the investigation, Bunn and Goss were identified as suspects and arrested on February 9. Bond for both individuals was set at $60,000.
