Nandanvan Police Arrest Two in Rs4.6 Lakh Burglary Case

Stolen moped, mobile, and vehicle recovered from Tajbagh duo

In a swift crackdown, Nandanvan police in collaboration with the crime branch arrested two men allegedly involved in a burglary. The accused, Rafiq Khan Wahid Khan (37) and Sheikh Nisar Sheikh Kadir (36), both from Tajbagh, were apprehended during the operation.

Authorities recovered stolen property valued at Rs4.6 lakh, including a moped worth Rs50,000, a mobile phone valued at Rs10,000, and a four-wheeler vehicle worth Rs4 lakh, which was reportedly used in the commission of the crime.

The arrests, conducted under the supervision of DCP Rahul Maknikar, led to the detection and swift resolution of the burglary case under the jurisdiction of Nandanvan police station.

The accused and the seized items have been handed over to Nandanvan police for further legal proceedings.
