A Colonie man is facing multiple felony drug and weapons charges following an arrest in Albany.
The Albany County Sheriff’s Office reported that Nahiem Timmons, 32, was taken into custody Monday morning near Central and Lexington Avenues.
Deputies said Timmons was found with approximately two grams of crack cocaine packaged for distribution, along with a loaded revolver. Authorities noted that the investigation was part of the Sheriff’s Community Oriented Policing Effort (S.C.O.P.E.).
Timmons was arraigned and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
