Twelve of those charged were named in six indictments filed by a federal grand jury in Savannah. These indictments include 115 separate violations of federal law.
Among those arrested is Myron Kelsey Rawls, a 30-year-old from Statesboro.
However, four people are still at large, including:
Santravis Jerrod Brown, 23, of Statesboro
Jenna Scott, 28, of Jacksonville, Florida
Tidaesha Taylor, 27, of College Park, Georgia
Authorities continue to search for the remaining suspects.
