In a shocking turn of events, the death of a man in Churu district, Rajasthan has been revealed as murder, initially mistaken for a road accident. The victim, identified as Sarjeet, was found dead on March 1st near Neema village in the Hamirwas police station area.
At first, Sarjeet’s family believed the death was a tragic road accident and reported it to the police. However, a detailed investigation soon disproved this theory. The Churu Superintendent of Police, Jai Yadav, confirmed that after an extensive probe, it was revealed that Rakesh, the accused, deliberately ran over Sarjeet with his tractor following a heated argument.
The investigation team, led by Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Kishorilal, IPS Officer Nishchay Prasad, and SHO Jai Kumar Bhadu, reviewed CCTV footage from the crime scene and questioned eyewitnesses, leading them to conclude that the incident was a meticulously planned murder, not an accident.
Following the revelation, Rakesh was arrested, and further interrogations are underway. The victim’s family, who initially believed it was an accident, were shocked to learn of the true circumstances of Sarjeet’s death.
The investigation is ongoing, and further updates are expected as the police continue to gather more details.
