CONCORD, N.H. — Local law enforcement in Concord reported a series of arrests over the past two months involving various criminal offenses ranging from drug possession and assault to robbery and parole violations.
Justin A. Duquette, 47, of East Andover, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on August 11 at Capital City Billiards.
Rachelle L. Smith, 36, of Concord, was arrested on July 18 on a bench warrant at the Legislative Parking Garage.
James Bub Bullock, 53, also of Concord, received a criminal trespass summons at Regency Hill Estates on the same day.
Stacey M. Young, 41, of Andover, was arrested on Water Street early July 18. She faces two felony charges of possession of controlled drugs (subsequent offenses) along with several other charges including driving after suspension, disobeying an officer, transport of drugs, and vehicle registration suspension. Additional charges were filed after a stop at McDonald’s on South Main Street.
Viktor D. Bujnicki, 24, of East Islip, NY, was arrested July 15 on charges of simple assault and resisting arrest, related to incidents at the Comfort Inn and Uno’s restaurant.
Kelsey L. Tuck, 29, of Concord, was arrested July 14 for possession of a controlled drug at the Concord Public Library.
Henry R. Ladd, 58, of Concord, received a bench warrant summons at the Concord Homeless Resource Center on July 14.
On July 13, Thomas Falcon, 35, and Jackie M. Roberts, 25, both of Concord, were arrested on warrants following an incident near the Gas House Bridge on Water Street.
Thomas Russell, 30, of Concord, received a summons for loitering or prowling near the Enterprise Rent-a-Car on Manchester Street the same day.
Three individuals — Richard T. Hill, 28, Patrick O’Mara, 24, and Talor Robert McJuary, 25 — were arrested on July 12 for disorderly conduct and noise violations on South State Street.
Brian Thomas Bilodeau, 66, of Concord, was arrested on June 30 at Walmart on Loudon Road on multiple charges, including robbery, simple assault, theft, breach of bail, and sex offender registry violations.
Roger P. Baker, 49, of Concord, was arrested on June 25 at Concord Hospital for criminal trespass.
On June 24, Ryan Nicholas Gates, 31, was arrested following a major incident on North Main Street involving multiple felonies. Charges included receiving stolen property, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a weapon, and operating after being certified as a habitual offender. He also faces several vehicle-related violations and evidence tampering charges.
Concord Police continue their active enforcement and investigations to maintain public safety. Many of the individuals arrested are scheduled to appear in court in the coming weeks.
