CLAY COUNTY, Ala. — Four individuals were arrested following a Clay County drug investigation in the city of Lineville, authorities said.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said its Narcotics Division conducted the investigation in collaboration with the Lineville Police Department.
According to officials, a search warrant was executed on Feb. 3, 2026, at a residence on Knowles Avenue. Investigators seized several controlled substances, including kratom, marijuana, fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia.
Two people were arrested at the residence:
Blake Hudson, charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Haley Hudson, charged with second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A second search warrant was executed on Feb. 5, 2026, at a residence on Scott Street, resulting in two additional arrests:
Bryant Hardy, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Demetrius Lindsey, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sheriff Henry Lambert thanked the Lineville Police Department, Ashland Police Department, the Clay County District Attorney’s Office, and the Clay County Rescue Squad for their assistance during the investigation.
