John J. Daniels, 46 — driving under the influence of drugs, marijuana use in a vehicle, stop sign violation
Dustin Lawrence Nero, 43, Cañon City — second-degree burglary, second-degree trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering

Nidia C. Salasar, 28, Cañon City — second-degree burglary, second-degree trespass, theft
