CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. — A Morehead City man remains in custody after being charged with multiple drug-related offenses.
Delbert Bivings was arrested by Craven County deputies and faces the following charges:
Felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance
Felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver a Schedule VI controlled substance
Two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia
In addition to the charges in Craven County, Bivings was served a failure to appear warrant from Carteret County related to previous felony drug and marijuana possession charges, along with drug paraphernalia possession.
Bivings is being held in the Craven County Detention Center on bonds totaling $15,000: a $10,000 bond for the Craven County charges and a $5,000 bond for the Carteret County failure to appear warrant.
Authorities have not released further details at this time.
