Montgomery Men Arrested for Multiple Walmart Thefts in Millbrook

Levouris Julius and Christopher Ruffin face organized retail theft charges

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Two Montgomery men have been arrested after allegedly stealing from a Millbrook Walmart on three separate occasions.

The Millbrook Police Department launched an investigation after three reported thefts on June 19, June 27, and July 4, involving stolen merchandise from the Walmart on Kelly Boulevard.

Authorities identified 19-year-olds Levouris D. Julius and Christopher O. Ruffin as suspects.

On July 9, Millbrook detectives were informed that Julius and Ruffin had been located at the Walmart Supercenter in Alabaster.

Clanton Police conducted a traffic stop and arrested the two men. Detectives recovered approximately $4,000 worth of stolen property from Julius’ vehicle.

Julius faces three counts of organized retail theft, while Ruffin is charged with two counts.

Both suspects remain in the Elmore County Jail under a combined bond of $150,000.
