Miguel Angel Cinto Yoc Charged in Chesterfield Woman’s Death

Domestic-related second-degree murder case under investigation

A 30-year-old man, Miguel Angel Cinto Yoc, has been charged with second-degree murder following the death of a woman in Chesterfield County, Virginia, police announced Tuesday, March 3.

Chesterfield County Police were called to the 7500 block of Route 1 on Monday, March 2, shortly after 1:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered a deceased woman and began a suspicious death investigation.

Authorities stated that Cinto Yoc and the victim lived together and that the incident appears to be domestic-related. The nature of their relationship has not been fully specified, and the victim’s identity is being withheld until family members can be notified.

Police confirmed that Cinto Yoc was arrested without incident and charged in connection with the woman’s death. The investigation remains ongoing.
