Michael Ramsey and Aaron Lewis Arrested for Storage Unit Burglaries

Over $35K in stolen property recovered from multiple victims

OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla. — Two men have been arrested following a series of storage unit burglaries that led to thousands of dollars in stolen property. On September 4, the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office worked jointly with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office to apprehend 34-year-old Michael Ramsey and 40-year-old Aaron Lewis. Both men were wanted on outstanding warrants and connected to multiple burglaries across Pottawatomie County.

Search warrants were executed after Ramsey and Lewis were observed at a residence in Oklahoma County. Authorities recovered more than $35,000 in stolen goods linked to six victims from Pottawatomie County.

Ramsey and Lewis remain held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center on their outstanding warrants. The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office has placed a hold on the suspects related to the burglary investigation. Further charges may be forthcoming.
