FARGO, N.D. – A man has been charged with Actual Physical Control (APC) after reportedly crashing into several vehicles at a Fargo car dealership during a possible overdose incident.

The incident occurred around 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 16, at the Lunde Lincoln Mercury Jeep dealership.

According to court documents, officers were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report of a man in a white Honda Accord who had struck multiple vehicles in the dealership’s parking lot and appeared to be unconscious.

Police identified the driver as Michael Pedersen. Upon arrival, officers determined that Pedersen may have been impaired, conducted field sobriety tests, and placed him under arrest for DUI/APC — a Class C felony under North Dakota law.

Pedersen was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he remains in custody pending further legal proceedings.
