Michael Hoover Arrested for Meth Possession in St. Albans

Over 1 pound of meth seized in multi-warrant drug bust

ST. ALBANS, W.Va. — Michael Hoover, 63, of St. Albans was arrested on September 15 for possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, the St. Albans Police Department reported.

The St. Albans Police Special Enforcement Unit led an investigation into Hoover, executing two search warrants as part of the operation.

During the search, officers seized approximately 1.3 pounds of methamphetamine, seven grams of cocaine, 37 grams of marijuana, and various prescription medications.

Hoover is currently held at the South Central Regional Jail on a $25,000 cash bond as authorities continue their investigation.
