Michael Glenn Stevenson Jr. Arrested for Felony Theft in Duplin County

Sneads Ferry Man Charged with Multiple Felonies in Stolen Property Case

DUPLIN COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) — On August 14th, the Duplin County Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspected stolen property at a hog farm on Bill Sutton Road near Albertson, N.C.

Detectives from both the Duplin and Johnston County Sheriff’s Offices collaborated to gather sufficient evidence in the case.

As a result, Michael Glenn Stevenson Jr., 44, of Sneads Ferry, N.C., was arrested and charged with felony larceny, felony possession of stolen goods, and felony obtaining property by false pretense.

Stevenson Jr. is currently held at the Duplin County Jail under a secured bond of $70,000.
