June 3, 2025 — Yancheng, Jiangsu Province: A man wearing a silicone mask was arrested in connection with a series of gold thefts in the Yannan High-Tech Zone of Yancheng City. The suspect, identified as Gu, was linked to five separate burglaries, netting around ¥150,000 (HK$160,000) in stolen jewelry and cash.
The investigation began after local residents reported multiple thefts from their homes.
