AXTON, Va. (August 13, 2025) – BTW21 — A narcotics search warrant executed by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office has led to the seizure of illegal drugs, firearms, cash, and the arrest of two Axton residents.
The operation took place on Wednesday at a residence located at 7064 Axton Road. It was carried out by the Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, Patrol Division, and VICE Division.
Deputies reported that two individuals were inside the home at the time of the raid, while several others were outside the property.
Items seized during the search included:
A large quantity of suspected marijuana
Suspected cocaine
Two firearms illegally possessed
A significant amount of cash
Items commonly linked to drug distribution
Arrested were:
Marvin Jarvis Dalton, 43
Distribution of 5 lbs. or more of marijuana – Felony
Possession of cocaine – Felony
Possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance – Felony
Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon – Felony
Possession of ammunition by a convicted felon – Felony
Dalton was booked at the Henry County Adult Detention Center on a $10,000 secured bond and has since been released.
