Fresno Man Arrested for Stealing Fencing Materials in Riverstone

Mark Holloway, 49, of Fresno, was arrested on September 24, 2025, after being linked to the theft of over $4,900 worth of fencing materials from a construction site in Riverstone.

The Madera County Sheriff’s Department reported that the theft took place on September 12 and was captured on security cameras. Surveillance footage helped identify a Toyota Tacoma connected to Holloway.

Following the investigation, detectives, alongside the Madera Special Enforcement Team, executed a search warrant at a Fresno location. During the search, Holloway was arrested, and authorities recovered an additional $1,800 in stolen fencing materials.

Officials also revealed that Holloway had an active warrant related to theft charges at the time of his arrest.
