Livermore police arrested 21-year-old Marissa Lancaster from Vallejo on Friday evening after she was caught with a stolen firearm, an unserialized gun, and stolen credit cards. Officers responded to a theft in progress at Target on Las Positas Road, where they identified Lancaster and another suspect.

Lancaster was found to have a felony warrant out of Solano County. Police discovered several stolen credit cards in her possession and, upon searching her vehicle, recovered a loaded stolen handgun and another unserialized firearm. Additional evidence of identity theft was also found during the search.

Lancaster was arrested on suspicion of firearm possession, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, and various identity theft-related charges. The second suspect, a 43-year-old man from Sonoma, was cited for petty theft.

The investigation continues, and further details about the case may be forthcoming.
