CHOCTAW COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) — Marcus Seward Jr., 22, of Broken Bow, is in custody at the Choctaw County Jail and facing serious charges of kidnapping and assault.
According to court documents, Seward is accused of beating a woman and holding her against her will at a residence in Swink, Oklahoma, last week. The victim told authorities that Seward punched her in the face multiple times, resulting in a broken nose.
If convicted, Seward could face up to 20 years in prison.
The case remains under investigation by local authorities.
