Marcus Neto Accused in Armed Robbery, Linked to Burglaries

PHILADELPHIA – Police say 18-year-old Marcus Neto walked into Shauna’s Restaurant on Mascher Street last week and pointed a gun at the owner while her children sat just feet away.

The terrifying incident was captured on surveillance video, showing the young suspect threatening the business owner in broad daylight.

Authorities believe Neto is also connected to a string of burglaries targeting auto body shops and other small businesses across Northeast Philadelphia and Montgomery County.

Investigators are working to link the suspect to multiple incidents and urge anyone with information to come forward.
