Maradu, Kerala: Maradu police have arrested two more individuals in connection with the Rs81 lakh robbery at a steel trading firm in Kundannoor. The arrested youths were identified as Ajins Kuriakose and Jaisal, both natives of Murickassery in Idukki.
The duo is believed to be part of the masked gang that allegedly carried out the robbery on October 8, threatening employees with swords and a gun to escape with the cash.
With these arrests, authorities have now taken nine people into custody in connection with the high-profile heist. Police continue to probe the case to uncover the involvement of any remaining gang members and recover the stolen funds.
