Tulsa police arrested a man following a brief pursuit that culminated in a crash. Officers attempted to stop Maurblisio Plasencia, who was driving a stolen vehicle. When Plasencia fled, the police briefly lost track of him. However, they later located him in the parking lot of a strip mall at Edison and Gilcrease Museum Road, where he crashed. Authorities were able to take him into custody without further incident.
