The Madanayakanahalli Police have arrested a 30-year-old private firm employee, Chetan, for allegedly killing the owner of his rented house, Pradeep Shivalingaiah (41), following a trivial argument on Tuesday.
Pradeep Shivalingaiah, the owner of a four-storey house, had given a portion of his property to Chetan, who had been living there as a tenant. The police report indicates that the dispute between the two escalated into a violent confrontation, leading to Pradeep’s death.
Following the incident, the police quickly apprehended Chetan, and further investigations are underway to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the killing.
