HALFMOON, N.Y. — Mack Murray III, 30, of Albany, has been charged in connection with a restaurant burglary on Route 9 in Halfmoon, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities allege Murray smashed a glass door to gain access to the business and stole money from the restaurant. He faces charges of burglary, criminal mischief, and petit larceny.
Murray was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and released to pretrial services.
He was previously arrested as part of a group of four linked to a series of commercial burglaries in Colonie, including thefts at Corner Deli and Sport Clips.
