DAVIE, Fla. — Lucien DaSilva, 19, has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that took place on Mother’s Day along State Road 7 in Davie.

The crash involved multiple vehicles and two motorcycles on May 11. Witnesses reported that the vehicles were speeding before striking the motorcycles. Two people, 25-year-old B.J.
