Louisville, KY — A major drug bust in the Park DuValle neighborhood last week has led to the arrest of two men and a woman, Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) confirmed.
On May 30, following a lengthy narcotics investigation, LMPD executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1500 block of Hemlock Avenue. Officers seized approximately one kilogram of cocaine, along with MDMA, hydrocodone, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a substantial amount of cash. Additionally, six firearms were confiscated at the scene.
The suspects arrested in connection with the raid were identified as Jerome Sanders, Lindsay Powell, and Carlos Woodson.
Sanders faces several charges, including:
Three counts of enhanced trafficking of a controlled substance
Enhanced trafficking of marijuana
Convicted felon in possession of a handgun
Criminal mischief
Powell is charged with enhanced trafficking of a controlled substance and marijuana.
As of now, official charges for Woodson have not been publicly disclosed.
Preliminary hearings for Sanders and Powell are scheduled for June 9 at 9 a.m.
LMPD continues to investigate the case.
