LEXINGTON PARK, Md. — Maliki Maurice Proctor, 19, of Lexington Park, was arrested on Oct. 31, 2025, facing three counts of first-degree assault and three counts of second-degree assault, according to court documents.
The charges stem from an incident on Oct. 12, 2025, during which Proctor allegedly assaulted three separate victims. An arrest warrant was issued, and he was taken into custody without bond.
Court records indicate that Proctor also has other open cases, including a misdemeanor theft charge and an assault-related incident from Aug. 1, 2025, which resulted in a peace order.
Proctor remains in custody pending a preliminary hearing on Dec. 1, 2025. Under Maryland law, first-degree assault carries a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison, while second-degree assault carries up to 10 years in prison and/or a $2,500 fine if convicted.
