Levi Fralin Arrested for Bar Burglary, Drug Charges in Nebraska

Fralin also charged with meth possession after foot chase

WYMORE, Neb. (KOLN) — A Beatrice man, Levi Fralin, 44, was arrested Tuesday evening months after allegedly breaking into a bar in Wymore and stealing cash from gaming machines.

The Gage County Sheriff’s Office said the burglary occurred on December 26, 2024, at the Dog House Bar & Grill. Deputies discovered that the establishment had been forcibly entered and money had been stolen from inside the gaming machines.

Fralin was identified as a suspect during the investigation. On February 11, law enforcement executed a search warrant at his Beatrice residence, where they recovered various burglary tools and several stolen credit cards believed to be linked to the crime.

An arrest warrant was issued for Fralin on March 7. He was taken into custody near 13th and Garfield streets in Beatrice following a brief foot pursuit.

At the time of his arrest, Fralin was allegedly found in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle.

He now faces multiple charges including burglary, possession of burglar’s tools, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, and criminal possession of financial transaction devices. Additional charges include possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing police.
