MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — A search warrant executed by the Midland County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Criminal Investigations Division and the Midland County SWAT team led to the recovery of approximately $10,000 worth of stolen property and the arrest of one suspect on Wednesday.
The multi-agency operation was conducted in the 2900 block of South County Road 1192, where investigators located and seized the stolen items.
Larry Aguirre Ochoa, 39, was arrested at the scene on a theft charge. He was transported to the Midland County Detention Center, where he remains in custody on a $50,000 bond.
Authorities have not released details about the nature of the stolen property or the broader investigation. The case remains under active review.
