BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – La’Raia Ashley Gribble, 32, was arrested on March 10 by Bloomfield Township police, in collaboration with the Troy Special Investigations Unit, after being wanted for thefts at multiple Planet Fitness locations.
Gribble, who is accused of stealing nearly $3,000 from various Planet Fitness gyms in Oakland and Macomb counties, was apprehended at the Planet Fitness located at 6650 Telegraph Road.
The thefts included a $140 cash theft from a Planet Fitness locker room on March 5, after which Gribble was arrested. On March 6, the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office issued a two-count warrant for larceny in a building and possession of burglary tools.
Gribble was arraigned at the 48th District Court, where a $10,000 cash surety bond was set at 10%.
