Dickson, TN — A Dickson man is facing serious charges after being indicted for multiple sexual assaults involving a single victim.
Lance E. McClure, 68, was indicted by a Dickson County grand jury on April 1, 2025, and arrested two days later on charges of sexual battery and three counts of assault involving physical contact. The charges stem from four separate incidents that allegedly occurred in November and December of 2024.
According to court records, McClure was arraigned in Dickson County Circuit Court on April 11 and entered a plea of not guilty, as confirmed by Circuit Court Clerk Pam Lewis. His trial is currently scheduled to begin on August 4.
The investigation into the allegations was conducted by the City of Dickson Police Department. Police Chief Seth Lyles declined to provide additional comment due to the ongoing nature of the case.
