Tulsa Police have arrested 21-year-old Kristopher Thompson in connection with the murder of Alfred Seymour, which took place in November 2018.
Thompson was taken into custody on Monday after investigators linked him to the fatal shooting at a hotel near 71st Street and Mingo Road.
Officers discovered Seymour sitting in a car with a bullet hole in the windshield. It is unclear how long he had been in the vehicle before being found.
At the time of the shooting, Thompson was only 14 years old.
